Production Times

Our standard production time is approximately 3 weeks after approval of the final artwork (proof).
This timeframe includes production, preparation and quality control. It may vary depending on the time of year or the availability of the products to be personalized.
Please note that shipping times are additional to the production time.
Faster production may be available for urgent projects, subject to feasibility.

Important Information

Personalized products are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Product sizes are provided as a guide. We recommend consulting the size charts before placing your order.
For Club Shops, only the personalization options approved by the club are available. Individual members cannot modify the selected designs.
